Management trainees undergo training that will enable them to advance to management positions within an organization. They work closely with senior personnel, managers, and executives, learning techniques and gaining the knowledge required to run a company smoothly and become future managers. Management Trainees might be required to deliver presentations and complete evaluations. They often will focus on specific fields, such as marketing, sales, strategy, finance, or operations.
